Two to four soundproofed rooms per villa, bookable in fifteen-minute slots.
Terrace offices
Shaded outdoor stations with power and glare-free positioning for afternoon work.

Ring light, boom arm and neutral backdrop for recordings and investor calls.
Quiet hours
House rule: 09:00–13:00 is deep-work time. Everybody signs it, everybody keeps it.
