Good to know
- How can a luxury villa cost a fraction of the price?
- Because you share it. We rent the whole estate off-season and long-term, then split it between twelve to twenty residents. Same house, one twelfth of the invoice.
- Who else will be there?
- Every resident applies. We curate each group for a mix of disciplines and a shared respect for deep work and quiet mornings.
- How long can I stay?
- From one week to several months. Villa events run one to three weeks; permanent locations are open all year.
- Is it suitable for couples or families?
- Yes. Selected houses have family wings and private studios — tell us in your application.
- Are pets allowed?
- In selected properties only. Please ask before you book.
